We present this new section, created especially for foodies who enjoy experimenting not only with local recipes but also with flavours that cross borders.

The goal of this map is to gradually build a selection, serving as an index to bring the best of each cuisine to our table. All while keeping in mind that nowadays we don’t have much time to cook, so we need simple, delicious solutions with a good balance of time invested versus results achieved.

The country of origin is incidental (Google Maps is what it is; you just need to put a dot), so what really matters in this classification is the country. And you might be surprised to learn the origin of some recipes—who would have thought that cinnamon rolls are originally from Sweden? I was convinced they originated in the U.S., and look at that… you’ll never go to bed without learning something new.

But this is just an example; you can search for recipes by country of origin, browse the map for inspiration, or simply filter by country. Welcome to this other way of travelling without leaving home!
