The recipe I have used as a basis is <strong>Indian rice with coconut<\/strong>, but as I cannot keep still and follow a recipe from the very beginning to its end, I have tuned it my way, by simplifying it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The result, divine!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3450\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pinchofcumin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-1A.jpg\" alt=\"064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-1A\" width=\"500\" height=\"343\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.pinchofcumin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-1A.jpg 500w, http:\/\/www.pinchofcumin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-1A-300x206.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 2 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>120 gr of basmati rice<br \/>\n50 gr of grinded coconut<br \/>\n30 gr of raisins<br \/>\n1 handful of cashew nuts<br \/>\n2 tablespoons of vegetable oil<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3452\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pinchofcumin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-3A.jpg\" alt=\"064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-3A\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.pinchofcumin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-3A.jpg 500w, http:\/\/www.pinchofcumin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/064_Arroz-basmati-coco-anacardos-3A-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat water with a pinch of salt until it boils.
